.Intellisite Construction is a veteran-owned, family-driven general construction company proudly based in St. Petersburg and serving St. Pete Beach, Clearwater, Gulfport, and communities throughout Pinellas County.
Founded in 2005 by St. Pete Beach resident Armando P. Quintero Jr., Intellisite Construction draws from his 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, engineering, and wireless infrastructure projects across Florida and the U.S.
Armando served four years in the United States Army, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving mindset that continue to guide his work today. After his service, he earned his degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg and began expanding Intellisite into the construction field
For more than a decade, Armando has held both general contractor and electrical contractor licenses—credentials that reflect his technical precision and deep understanding of how every part of a structure connects.
